Woburn Abbey is set in 3,500 acres of park and woodland.  The Deer Park is an area away from the main estate buildings, with events accommodated in one or more marquees.

We are able to arrange suitable marquees with additional kitchen facilities to cater for your event. Our marquee supplier can provide marquees of any size to accommodate your individual needs.

Catering for events that take place in The Deer Park is in a specially constructed kitchen. This will be included in our quotation for the marquee.

A facility fee of between £6,500 and £10,000 (depending on the site) is chargeable for any functions that take place in the Deer Park.  A further fee of £1,000 is payable for marshalling during the day prior to the event and when Guests arrive for the function.  As a guide marquees can be provided at a cost of approximately £60 per person.

The Putting Green (4,500 square metres)

The Putting Green is set within the Private Gardens of Woburn Abbey and is accessed via Scotch Gate.  It is capable of holding up to 600 people.  The surrounding garden and facilities enable outside Wedding Receptions and Ceremonies, Family Fun Activities and Team Building Events to take place in the open.

The Show Site (10,000 square metres)

Set in the Deer Park, adjacent to the Public Car Park the Show Site is able to hold up to 1000 guests, with space either side to provide for other activities.  This site is ideally suited for larger functions and Wedding Ceremonies.

Permanent marquees will be sited on the Show Site in June, July and December

The Plain in The Park

This area hosts the Annual Tiger Moth event and will hold up to 5,000.  It is situated immediately beside the C100 and can accommodate a car park, large tented village and other activities.
